Sanitary Turbine Flow Meter is mainly used for volumetric total flow and flow rate measurement, and the working principle is relatively simple. It is used worldwide as a reliable, cost-effective method for accurate flow measurement. When the fluid flows through the turbine flowmeter, it hits the turbine blades, which can rotate freely around the axis along the centerline of the turbine housing. The angular (rotation) speed of the turbine rotor is proportional to the speed of the fluid flowing through the turbine. The resulting output is captured by an electrical sensor mounted on the main body of the flowmeter.
