AIGNER/D is a powerful electromagnetic water meter for drinking water distribution networks, revenue metering, remote flow monitoring management in wastewater treatment and irrigation applications.

The product features high accuracy, rugged design, hybrid power supply, smart connectivity, and customization to function as the next generation water meter.

Functions

1. Multiple measurement parameters: flow rate, flow velocity, volume flow (forward, reverse and net) and pressure (option)
2. No moving parts means less wear and tear; Free maintenance
3. Wide range of sensor styles and sizes: up to DN1000 or above
4. Compact or remote solution with factory mounted cable from factory up to 100 meters length
5. Ruggedly Designed with IP68 for both Sensor (remote type) and Converter
6. High standard material: Carbon steel sensor body and flange; Hard rubber liner; SS316 electrode; SS304 covering of converter
7. Metrology performance according to ISO 4064/ OIML R49: Accuracy class 2 with wide range of flowrate R250 standard, up to R400 optional
8. Precise bi-directional measurement, with errors down to ±0.4% standard, can be ±0.2% optional
9. Workable with low conductivity media from 20µS/cm, can be 5µS/cm optional
10. Hybrid power supply with built in battery and external power of 12-24V DC/ 220V AC. Replaceable 3.6V lithium battery up to 10 years life cycle
11. Long lifespan. Standard battery lasts up to 10 years, decided by the excitation current
12. Multiple network interface options: RS485, HART, NB-IoT/4G/5G, and others. Built – in Modbus RS485 port
13. Multiple connection options: Flange (DIN or JIS), Clamp, Thread, Insert or other options
14. Suitable for 0D/0D up/down stream conditions with reduce bore sensor choice
15. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 4064 (OIML R49), MID certificate; WRAS for hard rubber liner material
16. Contactless, secured config via infrared controller with multi-level password protection
