Description

AIGNER/A is a powerful electromagnetic water meter for drinking water distribution networks, revenue metering, remote flow monitoring management in wastewater treatment and irrigation applications.

The product features high accuracy, rugged design, AC/DC power supply, smart connectivity, and customization to function as the next generation water meter.

Functions

1. Multiple measurement parameters: flow rate, flow velocity, volume flow (forward, reverse and net) and pressure (option)
2. No moving parts means less wear and tear; Free maintenance
3. Wide range of sensor styles and sizes: up to DN3000 or above
4. Compact or remote solution with factory mounted cable from factory up to 100 meters length
5. Ruggedly Designed up to IP68 for Sensor and up to IP67 Converter (remote type)
6. High standard material: Carbon steel sensor body and flange; Hard rubber liner; SS316 electrode; Aluminum alloy with epoxy painting covering of converter
7. Metrology performance according to ISO 4064/ OIML R49: Accuracy class 2 with wide range of flowrate R160 standard, up to R250 optional
8. Precise bi-directional measurement, with errors down to ±0.4% standard, can be ±0.2% optional
9. Workable with low conductivity media from 20µS/cm, can be 5µS/cm optional
10. Flexible AC or DC power supply options available: 85–250 VAC (50/60 Hz), 20–36 VDC, or other configurations upon request
11. Multiple network interface options: RS485, HART, NB-IoT/4G/5G, and others.

12. Multiple connection options: Flange (DIN or JIS), Clamp, Thread, Insert or other options
13. Suitable for 0D/0D up/down stream conditions with reduce-bore sensor option
